Assists Training Specialists in supporting their assigned joint venture market(s) by coordination of various training initiatives for urgent care center team members
Completes new hire processes for team members ensuring that processes are tracked accurately
Manages and maintains the schedules for new hire training
Establishes and maintains relationships with new and existing team members to gain knowledge of preferences, skills, and abilities
Manages the training scheduling system and provides verifications of training hours
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years of administrative coordination or project management experience
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Scheduling experience in a medical environment (preferred)
1+ years of operational staff scheduling experience (preferred)
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite products, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Proficiency in scheduling software such as Qgenda
