Prepare quarterly journal entries to support the ledger close, including transfer pricing and GAAP adjustments
Review financial statement presentation entries prepared by offshore associates
Perform quarterly consolidation reviews, dividend and intercompany analyses, and prepare consolidated equity rolls
Lead transfer pricing program activities, partnering with FP&A, Tax, and Actuarial to align on methodology and updates
Oversee intercompany reporting and follow up on open items with Treasury and other teams
Conduct annual ledger maintenance reviews and ensure legal entity-level accuracy
Prepare and review general ledger reconciliations and quarterly control certifications
Partner across Finance to provide financial statement support and manage audit deliverables
Serve as subject matter expert for non-life subsidiaries, equity accounting, consolidation, and transfer pricing
Lead and deliver training on transfer pricing and intercompany processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, math, business administration, or equivalent experience
4–6 years of relevant accounting or business analysis experience
Working knowledge of US GAAP, Statutory, and IFRS accounting
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Advanced Excel and proficiency with MS Office tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet established deadlines
Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
CPA license or progress toward certification
Public accounting or audit firm experience
Hands-on experience with SAP or other large ERP systems
Expertise in transfer pricing or consolidation accounting
Experience mentoring or training team members
Proven track record in improving accounting processes or controls.
