About the role
- Supervising Digital Organizers who will be responsible for implementing the Peer to Peer program that will drive most of the recruitment
- Determining and driving digital strategies to raise awareness of the program
- Supervising and leading all Digital Communications projects
- Collaborating with team members, other departments, and external partners as needed to ensure digital projects are completed effectively and efficiently
- Supervising the creation of digital content and assets according to defined brand specifications, including but not limited to training materials, website content, video, graphics, digital ad collateral, and email templates
- Support Empower Project leadership in monitoring and identifying trends in the CM recruitment pipeline
- Assisting program leadership with other activities
Requirements
- Extensive experience with political CRMs like EveryAction or Action Network
- Experience with peer-to-peer texting tools such as Scale to Win
- Relational organizing experience; existing relationships in Pennsylvania, Virginia, or New Jersey; fluency in Spanish (preferred)
