About the role

  • Develop, implement, and maintain IAM governance policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Conduct periodic access reviews and certifications to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, and Business teams to define and enforce least-privilege access models.
  • Monitor and report on IAM metrics, risks, and control effectiveness.
  • Support audits (SOC 1, SOC 2, HIPAA, etc.) by providing evidence and responding to inquiries related to IAM controls.
  • Lead or participate in IAM-related projects, including tool implementations and process improvements.
  • Stay current with industry trends, threats, and best practices in identity governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in IAM, information security, or IT risk management.
  • Familiarity with IAM tools (e.g., Saviynt, Okta, Azure AD) and governance frameworks (e.g., NIST, HiTrust, SOC2).
  • Experience supporting audits and compliance initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
