Business Analyst

• Freelance Business Analyst supporting implementation of a new application for a leading Belgian insurance company
• Act as primary liaison between business teams and IT
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate complex business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and specifications
• Support the design, testing, and implementation of insurance-related solutions
• Conduct gap analyses, impact assessments, and propose improvements to processes and systems
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders in both Dutch and French
• Support change management and training activities when required
• Collect, structure and formalize internal procedures and write clear, accessible materials
