About the role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening and interviewing for US roles
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers across departments to understand hiring requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Use data-driven methods to optimize recruitment processes and measure success metrics
- Create and maintain job descriptions, ensuring alignment with Empathy’s brand and mission
- Drive employer branding initiatives, representing Empathy at events, online platforms, and through partnerships to attract top talent
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Coordinate virtual and in person interviews, working alongside leaders to ensure operational excellence
- Stay updated on hiring trends, best practices, and market insights to remain competitive in attracting top talent
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar role, preferably within tech companies or startups
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build trust with candidates and internal teams
- A proactive mindset and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work in a Start-Up fast-paced environment, accommodating global time zones when needed
- Passion for people and a commitment to creating a positive candidate and employee experience
- Preferred: Experience working in a globally distributed team and/or with international hiring practices
