Develops innovative analytical methods, analyzes data and makes recommendations to enhance project effectiveness and efficiency
Leads and provides project management support for projects including financial administration and software system upgrades
Tracks and verifies procedures; coordinates distribution, tracking, and feedback of metrics
Develops and manages project timelines and assumes responsibility for timely delivery of project deliverables
Works closely with project teams/departments to identify and resolve concerns
Develops and maintains databases and reports; performs analyses, forecasts, and presents data
Tracks departmental budgets and forecasts future budget needs
May plan and coordinate special events and maintain the departmental website
Requirements
A bachelor's degree and four years of project management, financial and/or administrative management experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Advanced Excel and Access skills strongly preferred
Residency in the state of GA (role requires residency in the state of GA)
Ability to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs
Working with human blood, body fluids, tissues, or other potentially infectious materials (health and safety information)
