• Own and steer commercial performance by tracking Promotions and Campaigns outcomes, leading daily/weekly/monthly reporting, and driving data-based decision-making to ensure target achievement and clear visibility on risks and opportunities.
• Own and optimize growth levers by managing our commercial toolbox (promo mechanics, coupons, incentives, bundles), continuously improving efficiency, and conducting deep-dive analyses to unlock revenue and margin growth.
• Define and orchestrate the commercial calendar by planning and aligning all campaigns cross-functionally, leading key rituals (kick-offs, check-ins), ensuring flawless execution across channels, and driving post-mortem analyses with clear learnings.
• Act as the central coordination point for commercial topics by connecting Categories, Marketing, Webshop, and Operations, ensuring smooth collaboration, and leading key growth projects with full accountability on performance and reporting.
• Bring market and competitive insights by monitoring trends and competitors, and translating insights into actionable recommendations to continuously refine the commercial strategy.
