About the role

  • - Align market demand and retailer commitments with Emma’s overarching supply chain strategy.
  • - Calculate supply needs and maintain optimal inventory levels across European regions to ensure product availability for key wholesale partners.
  • - Design, refine, and implement efficient supply planning processes that integrate multiple data sources and best-in-class planning logics.
  • - Plan mid and long-term supply requirements and translate forecasts into actionable planning actions.
  • - Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, demand planning, production, and country teams to solve supply bottlenecks and deliver seamless execution.
  • - Shape and support the development of Emma’s S&OP framework for offline supply operations.
  • - Communicate forecasts, constraints, and planning insights with internal and external stakeholders to support transparency and performance.

Requirements

  • - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Informatics or related field.
  • - Proven experience in supply planning or inventory management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with experience handling complex datasets and business insights.
  • - Process-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • - Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • - Experience with supply planning tools, data analytics software, or ERP planning modules is a plus.
