About the role
- Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand forecasts with supply planning and business goals.
- Develop robust, accurate demand forecasts that drive inventory, production, and distribution decisions for B2B wholesale partners.
- Analyze historical sales data, demand patterns, and market dynamics to build predictive forecasting models that support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with wholesale teams to account for promotions, merchandising plans, product launches, and customer demand signals.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend improvements to the planning process.
- Communicate forecast insights and assumptions to cross-functional stakeholders to ensure visibility and alignment on demand plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or Sales and Operations Planning, ideally at a senior level.
- Strong analytical expertise with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support data-driven decisions.
- Experience leading planning projects and solving complex challenges with a structured and strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
