Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in go-to-market roles, ideally in a digital-native, consumer-facing business (e-commerce or retail).
Significant experience in the Italian market: You are either a native speaker or have lived and worked in the country for a meaningful period (3+ years minimum).
Strong business development and commercial acumen, with a proven track record of identifying and scaling business opportunities.
Customer-centric mindset: You constantly seek to understand customer needs and pain points and use those insights to drive better experiences and smarter business decisions.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate in a matrixed and fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership skills: You know how to inspire, coach, and empower a team to reach ambitious goals.
