About the role
- End-to-end responsibility for e-commerce and online sales.
- You own our digital sales holistically across Shopify and our marketplaces.
- You actively drive the international growth of our e-commerce business.
- You are responsible for our marketplaces both strategically and operationally.
- You analyze user behavior, funnels, and sales across all channels and identify optimization opportunities along the customer journey.
- You produce solid analyses, derive clear recommendations for action, and prioritize measures by business impact.
- You manage our performance marketing agencies and are responsible for a mid-seven-figure marketing budget.
- You coordinate smooth go-lives for new products, features, and campaigns.
- You ensure clear processes, reliable timelines, and the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in e-commerce (ideally D2C) and a deep understanding of how high-performance shops and marketplaces operate, both strategically and operationally.
- Strong technical knowledge of Shopify or comparable systems, checkout logic, and product/collection structures; you can implement small adjustments (HTML/CSS) yourself or confidently manage them.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to derive clear priorities and actions from data.
- Structured, self-directed working style even when handling parallel launches, tests, and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills in dealing with internal teams and external partners.
- High standards for quality and brand in terms of UX, content, imagery, and performance.
- Tool affinity and willingness to learn, with confident use of Excel/Google Sheets and tracking setups.
- Very good German and English, spoken and written.
- Drive and ownership to take responsibility, improve processes, and deliver measurable impact.
