About the role

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers — with genuine passion and the aim of making every interaction a positive experience
  • You advise our customers competently and with enthusiasm — whether it's product questions, returns & refunds, or complaints. You don't just work through tickets; you focus on creating real added value and finding the best solution
  • You are an active part of our AI training: you evaluate and correct AI-generated responses, identify patterns in customer inquiries, and provide targeted feedback that directly contributes to the further development of our AI automation — with the clear goal of increasing our AI ticket rate to over 70%
  • You review AI responses, give them the final human touch, and ensure they meet our brand's quality and tone
  • You work in our digital tools (e.g., Gorgias, Amazon) and help us continuously optimize our AI-assisted ticket handling — through your feedback we sustainably improve response quality and the level of automation
  • You think proactively and contribute actively: you identify weaknesses in the AI system, develop ideas for better prompts and workflows, and thus directly help scale our Customer Happiness team
  • You proactively advise our customers about our products — with recommendations that truly fit and an enthusiasm that is contagious

Requirements

  • A current degree program with a mandatory internship — we will gladly provide the required internship certificate
  • Excellent German language skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ideally, some practical experience in customer support
  • Confident use of MS Office and ideally some experience with CRM or helpdesk tools
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and a desire to actively contribute to their training — you understand AI as a tool that frees you to focus on what matters: excellent advice and real human interaction
  • Analytical thinking: you recognize patterns, question results, and want to understand why something works — or doesn't
  • A positive attitude and a high degree of self-initiative
