• Reports to: Senior Director, Communications Research
• Monitor public narratives and ensure organizational communications are grounded in accurate, timely information.
• Assist with drafting memos, backgrounders, and other written materials for internal and external use.
• Track and analyze media coverage, interviews, and transcript readouts to identify trends, messaging opportunities, and risks.
• Conduct rapid-response research to support communications and digital teams.
• Vet individuals, vendors, and venues for internal and external events.
• Support the training and management of department interns.
