Operations

• You support around 800 users in 1st- and 2nd-level support
• You classify and prioritize tickets and regularly take on the dispatcher role
• You work with modern tools such as Jira, Confluence and remote solutions (e.g. TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
• You ensure clear, solution-oriented communication with users
• You document thoroughly and in a traceable manner
• You support IT projects related to workplace, infrastructure and mobile devices
• You actively participate in the operation and monitoring of our IT systems
• You work with technologies such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, Intune, VMware and monitoring tools
• You take on ad-hoc tasks – from client and workstation issues to network tasks
• You manage modern workplace environments including Mobile Device Management
• You work closely with experienced System Engineers and develop professionally
• You contribute ideas and help continuously improve processes and systems
• You liaise with internal business units and act as a technical interface
