About the role

  • Identify and develop new strategic partnerships and business opportunities aligned with PayDo’s growth goals
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, contracting, and long-term relationship management
  • Drive expansion into new markets and industries through partnerships and enterprise-level deal
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Product, Compliance, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless deal execution
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new growth areas
  • Report regularly on partnership performance, sales pipeline, and revenue impact
  • Ensure all deals comply with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in business development or sales within Fintech (EMI, PSP, fintech banks, and digital wallets) and other regulated B2B/B2C environments
  • Proven track record of managing and closing large-scale, high-value deals
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with a focus on results
  • Proactive, motivated, and able to work autonomously in a fast-changing environment
  • Fluent in English and Russian
  • Ability to travel
