About the role
- Identify and develop new strategic partnerships and business opportunities aligned with PayDo’s growth goals
- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, contracting, and long-term relationship management
- Drive expansion into new markets and industries through partnerships and enterprise-level deal
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Product, Compliance, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless deal execution
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new growth areas
- Report regularly on partnership performance, sales pipeline, and revenue impact
- Ensure all deals comply with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in business development or sales within Fintech (EMI, PSP, fintech banks, and digital wallets) and other regulated B2B/B2C environments
- Proven track record of managing and closing large-scale, high-value deals
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Analytical and strategic mindset with a focus on results
- Proactive, motivated, and able to work autonomously in a fast-changing environment
- Fluent in English and Russian
- Ability to travel
