Develop and maintain Emerson documentation standards, including layout and content.
Study drawings, specifications, and product samples to prepare user documentation such as how-to guides and instruction manuals.
Create Documentation Dossiers per user requirements for MRO and service orders, including table of contents, cover sheets, bookmarks, and citations.
Collect, organize, and perform quality control on electronic documentation from factories, COFs, and other sources.
Produce and deliver approval and final documentation in required formats (electronic, paper, CD-ROM), ensuring high presentation standards.
Update ERP systems (OCM, CRM, Oracle) with documentation status and maintain alignment with business requirements.
Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all documentation-related matters, ensuring timely responses to internal and external queries.
Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Project Managers, Order Administrators, and Drawing Teams to align documentation with customer and factory orders.
Act as escalation point for documentation execution issues and support dispute management with Order Management.
Archive soft copies, review published materials for improvements, and continuously enhance knowledge of products, business processes, and documentation tools.
Requirements
University degree
Communicates effectively in both oral and written communication (English, Italian mandatory)
Good level of using Microsoft Office package
