About the role
- Responsible for the timely and accurate entry of orders into the ERP system
- Handles orders of varying complexity and for all product types in the Pressure Management portfolio
- Responsible for verifying the commercial information on the customer’s order
- Responsible for communicating with internal departments and customers, where necessary
- Requests the creation, modification, or update of customer/partner addresses in the internal CVDH system
- Ensures that all information is entered accurately and in accordance with work instructions
- Ensures the accurate understanding and entry of payment milestones and delivery terms requested by the customer
- Generates initial order acknowledgments
- Handles the placement of internal orders to factories
- Collaborates with internal departments (Finance, Trade Compliance, Order Management) to resolve issues
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar role (sales support / order entry / administrative)
- Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
