About the role
- Actively participate in month-end close routines, ensuring major variances impacting month end financials are understood, investigated, and explained to finance leadership within set timeline;
- Prepare P&L bridges and related financial analysis;
- Support calculation of on Top Adjustments for Stock Profit Elimination and monthly accruals/deferrals;
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly Presidents Operating Report (POR), monthly risk assessments, Annual Budgets, Profitability Reviews, and Presidents’ Councils;
- Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for the European Leadership;
- Transform financial data from Oracle and HFM into interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support qualitative analysis of data effectively;
- Communicate effectively with Finance team in Countries and WA HQ
- Provide routine and ad-hoc analysis and reports as and when required by the Finance Manager, Business Unit, or European Finance leadership;
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant with 2–3 years of FP&A experience
- Proficiency in Oracle, Smart View, and Power BI
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively
- Proactive mindset with focus on process improvement
