About the role

  • Lead the commercial performance of Measurement Solutions, driving sustainable growth in orders, revenue, and margin
  • Develop and execute the territorial sales plan aligned with regional objectives and the business strategy
  • Orchestrate the commercial coverage model (direct sales and channel partners), ensuring focus on priority vertical segments
  • Manage the sales funnel, improving qualification, predictability, and conversion rates, with disciplined use of CRM
  • Identify opportunities within the installed base and expand the offering of services, contracts, and digital solutions
  • Build relationships with key customers, influencers, and decision-makers, positioning Emerson as a strategic partner
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Application, Services, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to deliver competitive, high-value proposals
  • Develop sales channels through targets, training, performance tracking, and ongoing engagement
  • Monitor market and competitor trends, providing insights to inform strategy and commercial decisions
  • Ensure compliance with Emerson’s ethics, safety, and governance policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
  • Significant experience in B2B consultative sales, business development, or account management within process industries
  • Strong knowledge of instrumentation and Measurement Solutions (Flow, Pressure, Level, Temperature, Analytical/Process Analysis, Software, and/or Services)
  • Experience managing territory and/or sales channels
  • Ability to analyze pipeline and commercial indicators using CRM tools
  • Availability to travel within the territory
  • Fluent Portuguese and the ability to communicate in English for interaction with materials, systems, and global teams
