About the role

  • Lead the commercial performance of Measurement Solutions, driving sustainable growth in orders, revenue and margin.
  • Develop and execute the territory sales plan aligned with regional objectives and the business strategy.
  • Orchestrate the commercial coverage model (direct sales and channels), ensuring focus on priority vertical segments.
  • Manage the sales funnel, improving qualification, predictability and conversion rates, with disciplined use of CRM.
  • Identify opportunities within the installed base and expand the offering of services, contracts and digital solutions.
  • Build relationships with key customers, influencers and decision-makers, positioning Emerson as a strategic partner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (Application, Services, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to deliver competitive, high-value proposals.
  • Develop sales channels through targets, training, performance monitoring and ongoing engagement.
  • Monitor market and competitor trends, providing insights for strategy and commercial decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with Emerson’s ethics, safety and governance policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
  • Significant experience in B2B consultative sales, business development or account management in process industries.
  • Solid knowledge of instrumentation and Measurement Solutions (Coriolis, magnetic flowmeter, Vortex, non-intrusive ultrasonic flowmeter and Roxar).
  • Experience managing territory and/or sales channels.
  • Ability to analyze pipeline and commercial KPIs using CRM tools.
  • Availability to travel within the territory.
  • Communication skills in English for interaction with materials, systems and global teams.
