About the role
- Identify customer documentation requirements and specifications and review customer data and documentation requirements against factory standards.
- Enter data, orders, and items into business systems.
- Submit requests for product model setups.
- Advance requests for model creation to the appropriate support group.
- Escalate model configuration issues to the product configuration solutions team.
- Participate in automation, tools, and application testing by identifying and reporting bugs, while providing developers with detailed feedback on user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Instrumentation Process Control, or related courses.
- Proficiency in Materials Selection and Understanding.
- Basic knowledge of Office 365 applications.
