About the role
- Handle technical enquiries and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for the full product portfolio
- Prepare and issue technical and commercial quotations (price, lead time, availability) within Delegation of Authority
- Track and follow up on offers on behalf of the sales force
- Perform technical product equivalencies and cross‑references with competitor products, proposing Emerson alternatives
- Provide technical support for application issues and installed products, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Identify customer needs, generate leads, and support sales opportunities
- Ensure feasibility checks (lead times, documentation, compliance, ITC, pricing policies)
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Product Managers, and Data Quality teams to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Maintain strong product and portfolio knowledge, including new products, updates, and changes
- Provide feedback on customer issues, detect anomalies, and contribute to continuous improvement
- Support and train Customer Service colleagues on product and application knowledge when needed
- Ensure full compliance with Quality, Environmental, and ITC requirements
Requirements
- Relevant technical knowledge or hands‑on experience
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, technical sales, or a similar role
- Practical understanding of pneumatic cylinders and valves
- Proficiency in Spanish (C1) and English
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Team‑oriented mindset with commercial awareness
