About the role

Own research and market mapping strategy across multiple retained searches
Conduct first-round executive interviews and lead the majority of first-stage assessments
Exercise strong judgment in candidate calibration and advancement decisions
Play an active role in client update calls, presenting market insights and candidate recommendations
Mentor Associates and Associate Directors
Maintain high standards of quality, rigor, and execution
Manage six concurrent searches and deliver approximately 14+ searches annually.

5+ years in retained executive search or senior-level executive recruiting
Experience managing multiple concurrent executive searches
Demonstrated ownership of research strategy and market mapping (90%+ accuracy expected)
Experience conducting executive-level interviews (VP, SVP, C-suite)
Strong executive presence and communication skills
High standards for quality and accountability
Technology executive search experience within enterprise environments is strongly preferred, but those with an interest in technology executive search will be considered.
