Providing administrative support to the Vice President, Directors and Managers, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Managing travel logistics, hotel arrangements, visa applications and related requirements for local team and overseas guests.
Preparing and editing documents, reports with accuracy and confidentiality, while maintaining well-organized and up-to-date records for easy retrieval and confidentiality.
Supporting the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences, and ensuring smooth logistics coordination.
Managing office supplies and inventory, placing orders and maintaining adequate stock levels to ensure a well-equipped office environment
Other ad hoc administrative tasks assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Administrative Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.
Ability to travel between two manufacturing sites (Pandan Crescent and Gul Road).
Strong organizing, multitasking and time management abilities (prioritize tasks and meet deadlines).
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters discreetly.
Meticulous, proactive and systematic.
GCE A Level or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or a related field. (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). (preferred).
