About the role
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Partners to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies that align with business needs and ensure timely placement of qualified candidates
- Provide guidance to hiring managers and HR Partners on hiring best practices, market trends, talent insights, and opportunities for process improvements to enhance recruitment outcomes
- Use Oracle Recruit Cloud (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and manage the hiring process efficiently
- Proactively source and engage a strong talent pipeline through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social networking sites, and professional groups
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence to support initiatives related to process improvement, technology enhancements, and recruitment strategy optimization
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruitment, progressive strategic sourcing practices and technologies
- Demonstrated experience coaching leaders on effective talent attraction process and behaviors
- Experience effectively managing complex requisitions
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship is not available for this position)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
