About the role

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Partners to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies that align with business needs and ensure timely placement of qualified candidates
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers and HR Partners on hiring best practices, market trends, talent insights, and opportunities for process improvements to enhance recruitment outcomes
  • Use Oracle Recruit Cloud (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and manage the hiring process efficiently
  • Proactively source and engage a strong talent pipeline through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social networking sites, and professional groups
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence to support initiatives related to process improvement, technology enhancements, and recruitment strategy optimization

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruitment, progressive strategic sourcing practices and technologies
  • Demonstrated experience coaching leaders on effective talent attraction process and behaviors
  • Experience effectively managing complex requisitions
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship is not available for this position)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
