About the role

  • Develop and execute digital products by building web solutions that drive business growth, involving AEM to craft pages and features.
  • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with broader business goals.
  • Manage content using a Content Management System (CMS), specifically AEM, to create, update, and organize content like text, images, and technical documents.
  • Monitor website performance by tracking metrics such as page views, bounce rates, and conversion rates to gauge success.
  • Participate in web-related development projects, possibly contributing ideas or testing new features.
  • Support global availability by ensuring content works worldwide, including localization (e.g., translations) and uptime reliability.
  • Oversee publishing schedules and approve web pages for release.
  • Recommend process improvements for handling change requests and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate the resolution of critical issues to ensure timely and effective solutions.
  • Build mock-ups or prototypes using predefined templates when wireframes are not available.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in web programming, support, and administration.
  • Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Content Management System.
