About the role

  • Accurately identify customer needs and provide effort estimation
  • Interact with customers, T&M staff, external partners, and external suppliers in support of designing, implementing, and sustaining custom test solutions
  • High-level collaborative design of integrated solutions
  • Develop Software Solutions for customers in the Transportation Industry
  • Ensure adherence to Software development processes and standard methodologies
  • Engage in the development of reusable software to be utilized by multiple projects
  • Work with Project Managers and Project Lead to find efficient technical solutions to project challenges
  • Responsible for technical deliverables for the given project
  • Collaborate with the project lead on the design of the systems, workflows, and architectures that enable the future state to be achieved with the use of T&M and T&M ecosystem tools and offerings
  • Guide the introduction of new systems and workflows to enable the customer's desired future state (business outcome)
  • Help with providing training, mentoring, and growing new talent in the EV Power Conversion, ADAS, and VSE spaces
  • Leads customer technical onsite tasks and helps advance opportunities

Requirements

  • BS degree or higher in Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer or Electromechanical Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in SW Development, system development/integration, and/or test and measurements industry
  • English proficiency (is a must)
  • Knowledge in LabVIEW, TestStand, VeriStand, LabVIEW RT/FPGA, PXI/cRIO Platform, TextBased languages as C/C++, or Python
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and experience working directly with customers, engineers, and business partners
  • Ability to work optimally in a fast-paced, changing, and ambitious environment
  • Problem-solve effectively - diagnose technical issues and propose effective solutions
  • Take initiative, be a self-starter, and work independently
  • Persistently drive tasks and lead projects to successful completion
  • Quickly learn applicable technology, systems, and products
  • Familiarity with T&M products and platforms
  • Availability to travel 25% of the time
  • Willing to work on a 4-1 hybrid model (4 days in the office and 1 at home) in our Mexico City office
