About the role

  • Process HR data transactions within the HCM system throughout the employee life cycle, including new hires, reporting line changes, employment data updates, and resignations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of employee data to support payroll across multiple locations, pay frequencies, and legal entities.
  • Maintain strict data integrity and meet confidentiality standards.
  • Provide responsive and proactive support to HR contacts, managers, and employees regarding system questions and processing needs.
  • Resolve inquiries received via service channels with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by offering clear, timely, and helpful communication.
  • Maintain HR system user community lists and distribute updates on system changes and process improvements.
  • Assist in reviewing and optimizing departmental procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and report system issues impacting productivity or employee experience and share feedback for process improvements.
  • Participate in training sessions to maintain proficiency and support special projects, testing, and validations as needed.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Payroll, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of related work experience, preferably in a multi-division, multi-state environment
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data confidentiality.
  • Experience with Oracle applications or similar HR systems (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel formulas, Power BI and other data analytics tools (preferred).
