About the role

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to employees performing project engineering activities for New Generation Projects
  • Oversee direction, coordination, implementation, and execution of complex and high‑risk projects while ensuring alignment with company goals and commitments
  • Support employee development and foster a growth‑focused environment that aligns with business needs
  • Collaborate closely with customers and internal partners to deliver high‑quality service and maintain strong customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and manage a portfolio of New Generation Projects, ensuring successful delivery
  • Drive innovation by promoting best practices and enabling cross‑functional engagement
  • Provide monthly sales, inventory, and utilization forecasts to support business planning
  • Continuously improve project execution processes and identify enhancements to how services are offered and delivered
  • Stay current on market trends to provide business insights and support future strategy development

Requirements

  • BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 10 years of related experience in project execution or engineering environment
  • Demonstrated ability to guide teams and strategies successfully in manufacturing or engineering organizations
  • Ability to set priorities, stay self‑motivated, and excel in a timeline‑driven setting
  • Up to 20% travel
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in project management or engineering with emphasis on control system design, field service, applications, design, or commissioning; People‑leadership experience in engineering or project organizations; PE or PMP certification
