Drive and deliver the Branson profitable growth plan and provide direction
Analyze channel efficiency, streamline sales operations, and conduct market research and customer needs analysis
Establish and develop a strong and diverse sales organization; attract and develop top talent
Develop and run regional penetration plans using account planning and segmentation by product line, industry, major accounts, and opportunities
Engage with regional Emerson teams to ensure sales and cost synergies and project execution
Own financial performance/metrics (Forecasting, Budget, POR and S&OP) for the region
Build and develop Sales and drive cooperation between Sales, Application Engineering, and Field Service in Italy
Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Business Development, Solutions, and Marketing
Requirements
Strong personality with ability to connect with all levels within and outside the organization
Proficiency in English (verbal, reading and writing)
Strong presentation skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Willingness to extensive travel
Experience in sales leadership and developing sales strategies within the Italian market (preferred: Automotive, ESS, EV and Battery Business knowledge)
