About the role

  • Lead and support cross-functional supply chain programs and projects, including digitalization, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Apply knowledge of electronics manufacturing supply chains, including component sourcing, production planning, and inventory management, to optimize end-to-end operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance supply chain efficiency, agility, and resilience.
  • Support the deployment and optimization of Oracle EBS, Kinaxis, and other advanced supply chain platforms. Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement new tools and processes.
  • Analyze inventory data, support inventory optimization projects, and contribute to the development of advanced forecasting and simulation models.
  • Prepare and analyze supply chain KPIs, generate actionable insights, and present findings to leadership. Leverage analytics to identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Work closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, S&OP, Customer Operations, and regional teams (Hungary, Malaysia) to support integrated supply chain planning and execution.
  • Participate in risk mitigation, compliance, and sustainability initiatives as part of the Supply Chain Center of Excellence.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development to build expertise in global supply chain leadership, advanced analytics, and digital transformation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain or operations with a strong preference for electronics/ semiconductor manufacturing environments.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle EBS preferred) and advanced supply chain planning tools (Kinaxis or similar).
  • Demonstrated experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and collaborate across time zones.
