About the role

Support Business Intelligence using Microsoft suite (SQL, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI) to create strategic and self-service data models
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, data architectures, and data warehouse systems
Implement and manage ETL/ELT processes for data ingestion from various sources
Ensure data quality, security, and compliance; implement data governance best practices
Continuously monitor and optimize data pipelines and infrastructure for performance and efficiency
Use BI services to support strategic and self-service models and reports
Follow internal standards for coding, project tracking, and documentation
Partner with data analysts to deliver clean, accessible data
Collaborate with product owners, data architects, and software engineers to ensure reliable data infrastructure

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related courses
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Database Management
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with data warehouse solutions (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake)
Extensive experience connecting to various data sources and structures such as RDBMS, Data Lake, SQL Database, Azure, or any Cloud Infrastructure
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proficiency with SQL, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI
Experience implementing and managing ETL/ELT processes
Knowledge of data governance, data quality, security, and compliance best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in multicultural teams
Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and produce high-quality reports
Preferred: Working experience in Azure Services and knowledge of Agile and/or Scrum methods
Based in or able to work in Mandaluyong City, Philippines (hybrid)
