About the role

  • Develop and maintain DBT transformation pipelines and scalable data models;Implement and manage Hightouch syncs to deliver data from warehouses into tools (e.g., NetSuite, Tableau);Monitor sync performance, resolve schema/API/data freshness issues;Optimize SQL queries and DBT models for performance and maintainability;Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues, ensuring timely fixes;Design and manage ELT/ETL workflows for large-scale data transfers;Implement and monitor alerting for replication latency and performance;Create and maintain technical documentation (data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, process documentation)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related field;Proven experience with DBT (Cloud or Core);Hands-on experience with Hightouch;Strong SQL proficiency, including advanced multi-layer queries;Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift);Experience with data modeling (star schema, normalization, etc.);Hands-on experience developing pipelines in cloud environments;Working knowledge of Python a plus (Java, JavaScript, or C# also a plus);Advanced English
