About the role
- Support Quality Program efforts through hosting external audits; collecting, analyzing, and acting on quality data; supporting root cause (8D) investigations; and presenting Quality Training.
- Quality Representative for New Product Development reviews
- Facilitating the Class III Product Audits
- Coordinating and leading root cause analysis of breakdowns in quality processes that lead to significant scrap, rework, or warranty claims.
- Escalate tasks as necessary to improve customer satisfaction related to issue resolution.
- Work with subject matter experts to develop global training modules that drive global initiative of Same Parts, Same Products, Anywhere in the World
- Assist global quality team with internal and OpEx audits
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in engineering or related field.
- Minimum of seven years of experience as a practicing quality professional.
- Minimum of two years of experience within industrial manufacturing.
- Experience utilizing formal root cause analysis skills and project management skills for coordinating activities for complex investigations.
