About the role

  • Collectively collaborating with a team of Project Engineers and Project Technicians responsible for delivering large, project-based business, ensuring effective management of time, cost, and quality
  • Support engineering projects through all phases, including requirements gathering, design, testing, validation and launch
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and progress reports
  • Manage project scope, deliverables, resources and risks to ensure on-time completion
  • Support post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across project workflows
  • Perform engineering calculations, modeling, quality, supply chain, and customers to ensure alignment and smooth project execution
  • Partner with customers to understand requirements and translate them into actionable engineering deliverables
  • Facilitate communication across teams and ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged
  • Identify opportunities to improve engineering quality, efficiency, and project delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Engineering, Technical project or Product development roles
  • Experience following standardized project workflows
  • Excellent communication and collaboration amongst team members
  • Ability to travel 15% based on business need
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future
