About the role
- Collaborate with Customer Experience leadership and stakeholders to assess training needs, define learning objectives, and design programs aligned to company goals
- Create engaging, interactive content (presentations, e-learning modules, videos, job aids) using instructional design principles
- Build a deep understanding of organizational structures, key functions, and processes to design enablement initiatives
- Work cross-functionally to provide technical and process enablement across the Customer Experience organization
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing
- Apply project management practices to plan, execute, and measure training programs
- Assess learning effectiveness; track KPIs and collect feedback for continuous improvement
- Consult on LMS usage (course creation, enrollment, reporting) and advise stakeholders
- Oversee Customer Experience onboarding strategy, ensuring effectiveness and impact
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in L&D; integrate them into enablement strategies
- Manage and facilitate Demand Generation training for CX departments (preferred)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in training, enablement, or equivalent roles
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1), both oral and written
- Experience using learning management systems (LMS) for content management
- Ability to analyze data using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to evaluate training effectiveness and KPIs
- Experience creating digital learning content (presentations, videos, e-learning modules, job aids)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong project management capabilities to balance competing priorities and evaluate program effectiveness
