About the role

  • Collaborate with Customer Experience leadership and stakeholders to assess training needs, define learning objectives, and design programs aligned to company goals
  • Create engaging, interactive content (presentations, e-learning modules, videos, job aids) using instructional design principles
  • Build a deep understanding of organizational structures, key functions, and processes to design enablement initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally to provide technical and process enablement across the Customer Experience organization
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing
  • Apply project management practices to plan, execute, and measure training programs
  • Assess learning effectiveness; track KPIs and collect feedback for continuous improvement
  • Consult on LMS usage (course creation, enrollment, reporting) and advise stakeholders
  • Oversee Customer Experience onboarding strategy, ensuring effectiveness and impact
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in L&D; integrate them into enablement strategies
  • Manage and facilitate Demand Generation training for CX departments (preferred)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in training, enablement, or equivalent roles
  • Advanced proficiency in English (C1), both oral and written
  • Experience using learning management systems (LMS) for content management
  • Ability to analyze data using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to evaluate training effectiveness and KPIs
  • Experience creating digital learning content (presentations, videos, e-learning modules, job aids)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong project management capabilities to balance competing priorities and evaluate program effectiveness
