About the role

  • Develop custom web and Power Platform solutions to automate and optimize business processes.
  • Conduct research and analysis to validate whether proposed solutions effectively meet business requirements.
  • Design process flows, user journey maps, and application/database structures using standard project templates.
  • Develop prototypes and mock-ups for projects lacking wireframes.
  • Define project scope and timelines for small-scale applications; negotiate requirements with stakeholders.
  • Deliver work estimates, negotiate turnaround times, and communicate changes to project lead.
  • Document project deliverables and maintain organized records in team repository.
  • Write front-end and back-end code based on specifications; participate in testing and peer code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve code conflicts within team-developed applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related courses.
  • At least 1.5 years of relevant work experience in the IT software development field.
  • Technical proficiency in programming and frameworks such as .NET, C#, Angular, Vue.js, and React.js.
  • Hands-on experience in Version Control (Git) and database management (SQL Server).
  • Proficiency in low-code platforms, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence internal and external customers.
  • Driven, passionate, and eager to learn and analyze problems from new angles.
