About the role

  • Continuous contact with the Outside Sales Engineers, Product-, Project Managers and Factories to deliver the best Service, regarding technical solutions, quality and on time delivery to your customers.
  • Checking Customer requests and provide complete technical and commercial solutions.
  • Participate proposal kick-off conference call or face to face meeting with sales channel and/or customers to agree on technical solutions.
  • Prepare complete package for order entry into business systems for order execution.
  • Receive and process change order requests via the change order process.
  • Follow up of the provided quotations.
  • Maintain the record of working processes.
  • Looking for continues improvement opportunities.
  • Practices and promotes “Customer Thinking” culture in all aspects

Requirements

  • Proficient level knowledge of English is a must.
  • Minimum College Degree in Engineering (for example: Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical).
  • The ideal candidate must be Self-organized, Team player and able to multi-tasking.
  • You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • We require customer focus behavior and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions.
  • You gain insight into customer need.
