About the role
- Support tracking, calculation, audit and payment of sales incentive compensation and commissions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales compensation payments related to sales incentives and commissions; ensure accuracy and timely submission.
- Develop and handle sales compensation reporting to support quota performance tracking.
- Process journal entries related to commissions and bonus accruals.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance to forecast and budget for sales incentives and commissions.
- Audit order transactions, sales credit splits, and adjustments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Serve as the primary contact for Sales team inquiries related to variable incentives and commissions; handle plan exception requests.
- Identify and implement operational improvements and automation opportunities; lead or support cross-functional projects to enhance systems and reporting tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of two (2) or more years of related experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided; temporary visa holders not eligible).
- Meticulous with strong analytical and organizational skills (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams (preferred).
- Ability to work independently, handle several priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality (preferred).
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and large data set management (preferred).
- Experience with Power BI and Oracle E-Business Suite (preferred).
