About the role

  • Support tracking, calculation, audit and payment of sales incentive compensation and commissions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales compensation payments related to sales incentives and commissions; ensure accuracy and timely submission.
  • Develop and handle sales compensation reporting to support quota performance tracking.
  • Process journal entries related to commissions and bonus accruals.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance to forecast and budget for sales incentives and commissions.
  • Audit order transactions, sales credit splits, and adjustments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Sales team inquiries related to variable incentives and commissions; handle plan exception requests.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements and automation opportunities; lead or support cross-functional projects to enhance systems and reporting tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) or more years of related experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided; temporary visa holders not eligible).
  • Meticulous with strong analytical and organizational skills (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently, handle several priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality (preferred).
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and large data set management (preferred).
  • Experience with Power BI and Oracle E-Business Suite (preferred).
