About the role
- Drive new business by identifying, prospecting, and developing relationships with clients seeking IT staffing services.
- Leverage your existing network of decision-makers and industry contacts to create new opportunities.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs, hiring processes, and partnership requirements.
- Present Emergent Staffing’s value proposition and tailor solutions to client goals.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure seamless delivery of candidates and positive client experiences.
- Manage your pipeline and sales activity using CRM tools to achieve and exceed quota.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key clients to ensure long-term success and account expansion.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and staffing best practices.
Requirements
- Experience selling IT staffing services to businesses anywhere in the U.S.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Established network of IT staffing clients and contacts you can leverage for new business.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and managing sales pipelines.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities and work independently.
- High integrity, accountability, and passion for delivering value to clients.
