About the role

  • Provide day-to-day operational and transactional support to the Sales Team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
  • Manage requests and cases through CRM tools and established processes, ensuring timely resolution
  • Collaborate and coordinate communication, proposal preparation, and/or order processing with internal teams such as Accounting, Legal, and Vehicle Management, escalating issues when additional expertise is required
  • Deliver problem resolution and quality assurance while maintaining a balanced and organized workload
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures, supporting reporting and metrics that enhance visibility and accountability
  • Contribute to process improvements that streamline engagement and strengthen alignment across the organization
  • Maintain current knowledge of contract vehicle rules and regulations, industry trends, and best practices
  • Perform all other duties, as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, contracts, business operations, or related administrative support functions
  • Ability to organize, manage and process a large volume request under strict deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver results accurately and with a high sense of urgency
  • Strong customer orientation and conflict resolution skills
  • Sound judgment in decision-making and problem solving
  • General understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
