About the role
- Provide day-to-day operational and transactional support to the Sales Team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
- Manage requests and cases through CRM tools and established processes, ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborate and coordinate communication, proposal preparation, and/or order processing with internal teams such as Accounting, Legal, and Vehicle Management, escalating issues when additional expertise is required
- Deliver problem resolution and quality assurance while maintaining a balanced and organized workload
- Adhere to standard operating procedures, supporting reporting and metrics that enhance visibility and accountability
- Contribute to process improvements that streamline engagement and strengthen alignment across the organization
- Maintain current knowledge of contract vehicle rules and regulations, industry trends, and best practices
- Perform all other duties, as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, contracts, business operations, or related administrative support functions
- Ability to organize, manage and process a large volume request under strict deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Ability to deliver results accurately and with a high sense of urgency
- Strong customer orientation and conflict resolution skills
- Sound judgment in decision-making and problem solving
- General understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
