💰 $50,000 - $60,500 per year
About the role
- Performing daily laboratory testing and sample collection in accordance with approved procedures, established specifications, and regulatory requirements
- Sample preparation, execution of test methods, accurate documentation of results, and timely reporting of data
- Supporting laboratory maintenance activities to ensure a clean, organized, and inspection-ready environment
- Equipment cleaning and basic maintenance, inventory management, waste disposal, and maintaining laboratory workspaces
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology or another closely related field preferred
- 0-2 years' experience preferred, or equivalent level of skill and experience
- Previous experience with microbiology assays and aseptic techniques in a GMP manufacturing environment is preferred
- Animal injection (SubQ or ID) experience preferred
- An understanding of cGMP, CFR, USP, and aseptic processing guidelines is preferred
- Computer skills (MS Office, MS Project) or comparable word-processing and spreadsheet applications is required
