About the role
- Serve as a point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating to vendors or IT as needed.
- Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Manage and process Contingent Worker lifecycle transactions (e.g., hires, terminations, transfers).
- Develop and deliver standard and ad hoc reports to support HR and business needs.
- Participate in system upgrades, implementations, and enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to define and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HRIS or HR operations.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and HR reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
