About the role
- Serve as a point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and issue resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Manage and process Contingent Worker lifecycle transactions
- Develop and deliver standard and ad hoc reports to support HR and business needs
- Participate in system upgrades, implementations, and enhancement projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HRIS or HR operations
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and HR reporting tools
