About the role

  • Lead technical programs with strategic partners, aligning roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables
  • Break down complex initiatives into clear workstreams, timelines, and dependencies
  • Translate requirements, constraints, and system designs across organizational boundaries
  • Establish and improve program management processes, tools, and operating rhythms
  • Identify and resolve cross-company risks, misalignments, and dependency gaps
  • Support partner integrations, deployments, and technical collaborations
  • Contribute to success metrics, including deliverables, timelines, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering, or similar cross functional roles
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to engage with engineers on architecture, systems, and tradeoffs
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
  • Experience operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments (startup experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to balance execution with strategic thinking.
  • Background in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical operations (preferred)
  • Experience working with external partners, vendors, or ecosystem stakeholders on technical programs (e.g., NVIDIA, hyperscalers, OEMs) (preferred)
  • Experience working with AI infrastructure, data centers, or distributed systems, including familiarity with compute, networking, and/or power constraints (preferred).
