• Support the Head of Brand & Communication in operational and strategic marketing
• Independently plan, execute and follow up on marketing projects
• Develop new marketing concepts, (communication) campaigns and ideas
• Manage and coordinate external service providers, agencies and internal stakeholders

• Support within the COO’s staff unit, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff and the COO
• Support in planning, steering and implementing strategic and operational projects
• Conduct analyses and prepare benchmarks, reports and decision-making documents, including evaluation of performance, quality and cost-effectiveness metrics
• Close collaboration with operational facilities, regional management and central departments such as Controlling, Quality Management and HR
• Preparation, support and follow-up for operational meetings and management meetings
• Participation in ad-hoc analyses, special tasks and the further development of processes, reporting structures and control instruments
• Participation in site visits and coordination with operational teams (willingness to travel required)

• Develop and implement a compensation and benefits strategy
• Analyze and optimize existing compensation structures and derive recommendations for action
• Conduct market and salary benchmarks and prepare compensation analyses
• Design and support an annual salary review process
• Advise managers and HR colleagues on compensation matters and current market trends
• Manage and further develop our company-provided additional benefits (e.g., occupational pension schemes, mobility programs, health offerings)
• Work closely with Finance, Payroll and external service providers
• Ensure compliance of all compensation processes, particularly with regard to the Entgelttransparenzgesetz (EntgTranspG):
• o Support implementation and documentation of statutory requirements
• o Ensure pay transparency and non-discriminatory compensation structures
• o Prepare and provide relevant information for inquiry procedures under the EntgTranspG
