About the role
- Support the Head of Brand & Communication in operational and strategic marketing
- Independently plan, execute and follow up on marketing projects
- Develop new marketing concepts, (communication) campaigns and ideas
- Manage and coordinate external service providers, agencies and internal stakeholders
- Analyze market, competitor and target group trends
- Further develop our brand presence across all relevant channels
- Prepare presentations, marketing materials and reports
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in strategic and operational marketing
- Highly independent, structured and proactive working style
- Creative thinker with strong conceptual skills
- Highly motivated, hands-on attitude and enthusiasm for driving projects forward
- Confident use of common marketing tools and channels
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Very good German and good English skills
