About the role
- Planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, and controlling all contract functions between Mesa Energy Systems and our client
- Managing daily operations and maintenance under the contract
- Overseeing the contract budget and supervising project personnel
- Ensuring proper upkeep of facilities and coordinating necessary supplies
- Developing training sessions for employees who require them
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction discipline
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience managing HVAC projects
- Proficiency in Windows and MS Office
- Demonstrated skill at developing and nurturing client relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
