About the role
- Prepares quarterly financial forecasts and monthly updates
- Ensures that the contract is managed to meet all contractual requirements
- Leads a team of technical employees
- Manages the overall operations of the contract
- Evaluates and ensures efficient operation of the project
- Provides administrative and technical direction and supervision to staff
- Maintains liaison with architects, engineers and contractors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction discipline
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience managing HVAC projects
- Must know about submitting written proposals, scopes of work, scheduling and coordinating site contractors
- Strong experience with Windows and MS Office
- Demonstrated skill at developing and nurturing client relationships
